Do you provide the written content for the website?

Since every business is unique, we do not provide content for the website and use the material that you provide. If you have images, we’ll add them to the site we build for you. If you do not have pictures, we can add high-quality, relevant, and stunning images for free.

What is the cancellation process?

Blue Host comes with a 30-day guarantee, and our turnaround time is 14 days. If you change your mind, you’ll still have two weeks to decide.

Are There Any Additional Requirments To Start?

The only requirement to start is for you to have a domain name and web hosting account. Hosting costs only a few dollars per month, and none of your money goes to us.

We work with a hosting provider called Blue Host. It is one of the most popular and secure providers, and we partner with them. When you sign up for a Blue Host account, we receive a commission to cover some of the costs we have to maintain our team. That’s it in a nutshell and comes at no extra cost to you.

What if I already use Blue Host or have an account with a different hosting provider?

To qualify for a free website, you’ll need to sign up with one of our hosting partners. If you would like to use a provider other than Blue Host, we have other options as well.

Every website on the web has to have a hosting account or be part of an existing one. When you work with one of our partners, we receive the commission we need to pay our teams and keep our operations afloat.

Do you edit the website if I don’t like it?

After consulting with you, and before we begin, we ask you about your preferences, the aesthetic you’re looking for, and your business concept. Then, we present you with different templates, and you can choose the one you like best. Then, we personalize your site with you in the know throughout the process. You can ask for minor edits after the completion of the site, and we agree to perform that edit for free!

Can I add as many pages as I want?

We build a simple website that is functional and gets the message across. We can include an About Us, contact page, the home page, shop, and product section for free. If you want a more complex layout or additional pages, we charge for those extras.

Do I have full access and control to my site?

Always. Your website is yours, and what we do is design it for you. You always have full access and control of your site throughout the process and after we create it.
